Problem after upgrade from 8 to 11

Hello everyone,
had somebody this problem? After upgrade from 08 to 11 i have a big problem with form plugin in content - its look like this: http://www.merineo.sk/sluzby/graficke-s … oomla.html
Problem is, its copy full header with logo and main menu and i really dont know why...

Not sure what you mean. It is or it is not? It's very simple to test.
Go to the control panel of aiContactSafe and see what you have on the line "Activate Artio".

Yes, its active,
i try to deactivate and reactivate it, i try to clean joomsef url and cache of the site, but no effect...

What version of Joomla are you using ?
What version of Artio ?
Did let Artio create it's own .htaccess file or are you using the on from Joomla or your hosting provider ?

For some reason your site is ignoring "format=raw" parameter.

This problem was generated by setting Artio to use Joomla default SEF with aiContactSafe and not it's plugin. smile
