I'm guessing you already installed Multiple CAPTCHA Engine ( http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions … ptcha/8070 ).
If it is correctly installed and configured it should work as you can see here: http://ai.algis.ro/en/default-form

Don't know what to suggest, other then recheck the settings.

We have something very similar happening here.
The native system was not working, Alex suggested we down load ReCaptcha. It worked great when I installed it.
After I readied the rest of the site, I went back to confirm that page was working and the ReCaptcha was gone. It didn't appear on any contact page.
I uninstalled and reinstalled. I got new keys. I double checked that the Multiple Captcha Engine Plugin was checked in the profile. No luck. I haven't the foggiest idea why is suddenly disappeared.
Also, when I chose the aiContactSafe native option in the profiles, the Security Code never appeared - text around it giving instructions came up, but the security code didn't.

Any suggestions?

Any known issues with Godaddy? PM sent, or at least I tried.

By the same problem you mean reCaptcha is not working ?

That is only a test site and is changed periodically. This is an old topic and that page was modified several times since then.

If I'm right, Joomla 1.5.20 has a new version of MooTools. You where talking about a work around for this. As you can see, there a more people, like Paul and Dave, with the same problem. Please let us know what you did to solve this.

This topic was started way before J!1.5.20 was published, plus you have a new version of mootools only if you activate the plugin "System - Mootools Upgrade".

Some of the persons complaining about this problem gave me access to the administrator page and I was able to help them find the problem and fix it. If you want you can send me a PM with a super administrator user name and password and I'll take a look.
But you should know that this is not a problem generated by aiContactSafe.
