Sorry, I don't know the Quantive template but if you can place an article in a popup you can publish the contact form in that article.
The form can be placed on all pages using aiContactSafeModule ( http://www.algisinfo.com/joomla/aiconta … odule.html ).

You need to install the Hebrew translation ( if you didn't do it already ), translate the text from the file language\en-GB\en-GB.com_aicontactsafe.ini ( which is including the text for the send button ) and put it in the appropriate folder.

You have a field in the profile "Align buttons". Try to use that or set it to "-none-" and add your own CSS code for "div#aiContactSafeBtns".

Don't have the Hebrew package so you need to translate it yourself.

You need to install the Hebrew translation for Joomla. I had assumed you already had done this in order to have the entire page translated.

No, I didn't got it.
You should know that I need 3 files translated in order to add the new translation in aiContactSafe:
language\en-GB\en-GB.com_aicontactsafe.ini
administrator\language\en-GB\en-GB.com_aicontactsafe.ini
administrator\language\en-GB\en-GB.com_aicontactsafe.menu.ini

It will be great if you can translate the instructions as well ( administrator\language\en-GB\en-GB.com_aicontactsafe.help.ini ) but it's not required for the translation to be published.

Yes, you can find this files on the component folder, but are stored there only so when you install a new language pack you will not have to install the extension again. You can just click "Check languages" in the control panel of aiContactSafe and the files are copied in the language folder from which Joomla is taking the translations ( language and administrator\language ).

I've mentioned the files as you would find them in your Joomla instance and there is no "master" there.
The first one is the translation for the front-end of aiContactSafe, the second is the translation for the back-end of aiContactSafe and the last is the translation of the extension's menu generated in the administrator page.
